Members are summoned to attend a FULL COUNCIL MEETING to be held on
MONDAY, 12TH APRIL 2021 via the ZOOM online meeting platform commencing at 7PM for the
purpose of transacting the business as set out within the agenda below.

NEED TO OBSERVE PRE-ELECTION REGULTIONS THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC OR

dispensations in respect of disclosable pecuniary interests.

To take as read and confirm as accurate the attached minutes of the Full Council

5. NOTICE OF ELECTION
To note the date of elections has been set as Thursday 6th May 2021 and that the
Council is now operating whilst in the pre-election purdah period and purdah
restrictions apply.

7. BUDGET 2021/22
To receive an update from the RFO and approve the revised budget. (PAPER B) To

12. APPLEY TOWER
To approve a contribution from the Town Council of £40,000 towards the
redevelopment of Appley Tower. (PAPER H )
13. VIRTUAL MEETING PROTOCOL
To approve and adopt the Virtual Meeting Protocol and Procedure Policy (PAPER I ).
14. DATE OF NEXT MEETING
To agree to change the date of the Annual Meeting to the 17th May 2021.
