PENNYFEATHERS DEVELOPMENT
RESERVED MATTERS PLANNING APPLICATION
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and consider details contained in the further information
accompanying the reserved matters application. A presentation has been prepared to highlight the
details which have been expanded on or were not required/included as part of the outline planning
application which was approved 8th September 2015. In addition, the meeting will consider how this
application fits with other applications, some approved and some awaiting a decision in the
immediate area with particular reference to the highway and community infrastructure requirements
of these proposals taken as a whole.

OWING TO TIME CONSTRAINTS, A MAXIMUM OF 15 MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WILL BE
INVITED TO MAKE A COMMENT AT THE MEETING AND REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE
LIMITED TO THREE MINUTES EACH.

MAKE THEIR REPRESENTATIONS IN PERSON.
REPRESENTATIVES FROM THE ISLE OF WIGHT COUNCIL HAVE BEEN INVITED TO
ADDRESS QUESTIONS AND ISSUES RAISED.
ALL COMMENTS RAISED AT THE MEETING WILL BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION BY THE
TOWN COUNCIL’S PLANNING COMMITTEE WHEN IT MAKES ITS DECISION AT ITS
COMMITTEE MEETING TO BE HELD ON MONDAY, 8 FEBRUARY 2021 FROM 4PM.
