Members are summoned to attend a PLANNING, REGENERATION AND
ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE MEETING to be held on TUESDAY, 25 MAY 2021,
commencing at 7.00PM for the purpose of transacting the business as set out within the
agenda below. The meeting will be held at the METHODIST CHURCH, GARFIELD
ROAD, RYDE.
AGENDA
COVID 19. Owing to the Governments restrictions around the Coronavirus pandemic, this
meeting will be limited to a total of 30 attendees. This includes councillors, officers and
members of the public and press. The balance of the 30 after taking into account members
and officers will be for the public and press and those wishing to attend will be admitted on
a first come first served basis only. The wearing of face coverings must be adhered to
(unless medically exempt) and social distancing will be observed.
