8. HIGH STREET HERITAGE ACTION ZONE (HSHAZ) - UPDATE
To receive an update from HSHAZ Steering Group Chair.
9. RYDE PLACE PLAN - REVISED RYDE PLACE PLAN REVIEW ANNEX
To agree and recommend to Full Council the revised Urban Extension Annex and the
Distribution of Projects by Ward Annex (PAPER C)
10. GREEN SPACE DEFICIT
To discuss the implications of Ryde’s green space’s deficit for future planning purposes.
11. NATIONAL PLANNING REGULATIONS
To discuss whether RTC should comment on the Government’s proposed changes to
the national planning system and, if so, how to do this.
12. WESTACRE PARK PUBLIC CONSULTATION
To note the planned methods of consultation, including the Extra-Ordinary Planning
Committee arranged for the 8 September to discuss the application and allow members
of the public to participate and express their opinions.
13. DATE OF NEXT MEETING
To note that the next scheduled Planning Committee will be held on Tuesday, 15
September 2020 at 2pm online via the Zoom Video Meeting Facility
