The proposed licensing request for both applications is for the sale of alcohol off
premises - Mon-Sun 07:00-18:00 hours

of Wight PO33 2EA - Ref: 22/00071/LAPNEW
The proposed licensing request is for:

10. REVIEW OF THE ISLE OF WIGHT TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS (TROs) FOR
RYDE - DISTRICT 3
To consider a report on the outcomes of the initial informal consultation meeting
between Ryde Town Council, The Isle of Wight Council, and Island Roads with regard
to the review of the Ryde (District 3) TRO’s and agree to a response (PAPER D ).

11. RESIDENTS PLANNING PANEL
To discuss the feasibility of the creation of a residents panel that can assist the
decision-making process by providing local knowledge around planning applications
affecting Ryde.
12. SECTION 106 PAYMENTS
To receive an update on any contributions and how they can be utilised.
13. IOW LOCAL CYCLING AND WALKING INFRASTRUCTURE PLAN (LCWIP)
To receive an update on any progress.
14. MEMBER PLANNING TRAINING
To receive an update on the planned training for members of the committee.
15. RESIGNATION OF COMMITTEE MEMBER.
To note the resignation of Cllr Karen Lucioni from the Planning, Regeneration and
Environment Committee.

To note that the next scheduled meeting will be held on Tuesday, 22 February 2022
