
To explore uses for and possible development ideas for Vectis Hall.
To explore the viability of development ideas.
To liaise with architects and other professionals where necessary.
To liaise with the IWC Conservation Officer.
To explore ongoing management options for the building.
To investigate funding opportunities including but not limited to: grant funding, partnership funding and crowd funding.
The Working Party shall appoint a Chairman at its first meeting.

Other officers, experts and interested individuals when required to be agreed by the working group.
To enlist expert advice and request specialist reports up to the value of
£2,500 to be taken within budget from the Acquisitions Reports/Surveys budget line. Any reports required over the cost of
£2,500 will need approval from the Finance and Community Resources Committee.
Any recommendations arising should be reported directly to the Finance and Community resources Committee and referred to Full Council for decision.
