Members are summoned to attend a PLACE, NEIGHBOURHOOD AND PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING to be held on TUESDAY, 28 MARCH 2023 in the METHODIST CHURCH,

GARFIELD ROAD, RYDE commencing at 7.00PM for the purpose of transacting the business as set out within the agenda below.

  8. REVIEW OF BANNER INSTALLATION ON RYDE ESPLANADE


    To consider further the report of the place, Neighbourhood and Planning Officer (Deferred from previous meeting) (PAPER B2).


  9. APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF PARKING ARRANGMENTS (TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER)


    To consider further an application for a change to the parking arrangements outside of the Wonder House Nursery (formally Ryde Youth Centre) on the corner of Wells Street and High Street (PAPER C).


  10. ISLE OF WIGHT LOCAL CYCLING AND WALKING INFRSTRUCTURE PLAN (LCWIP)


    To discuss a response to the consultation on the LCWIP (Closing date Friday 28 April – (PAPER D).


  11. PUBLIC REALM WORKING GROUP


    To consider creating a Working Group to discuss and propose matters of public realm.

  12. LICENCING APPLICATION PROCEDURES


    To note the report regarding Ryde Town Councils obligations regarding the consideration of any licencing applications (PAPER E).
