Members are summoned to attend a PLACE, NEIGHBOURHOOD AND PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING to be held on TUESDAY, 16 JANUARY 2024 in the RYDE BAPTIST
To receive and consider questions submitted by members of the public (limited to a maximum of 15 minutes).
To receive any apologies for absence.
To receive any declarations of pecuniary or non-pecuniary (personal) interests relating to items on the agenda.
To receive and consider granting any written requests from Members for dispensations in respect of disclosable pecuniary interests.
To take as read and confirm as accurate the attached minutes of the meeting held on 5 December 2023 (PAPER A).

To note the decisions taken by the Isle of Wight Council’s Planning Department since 5 December 2023 (PAPER C).
To receive an update from the Place, Neighbourhood and Planning Officer on the response received from the Isle of Wight Councils Strategic Manager for Planning and Infrastructure Delivery on an agreement to discuss further their proposed use of the Isle of Wight Councils Enforcement Officers and arrive upon a decision on whether Ryde Town Council commits to an agreement to proceed (PAPER D).
To receive an update from the Place, Neighbourhood and Planning Officer on the proposal put to the Isle of Wight Council to extend the Ryde Town Centre Boundary.
