DUE TO THE UPCOMING RYDE TOWN COUNCIL BY-ELECTION FOR THE RYDE APPLEY AND ELMFIELD WARD ON THURSDAY, 21 MARCH 2024 AND THE NEED TO OBSERVE THE PRE-ELECTION PERIOD REGULATIONS, THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC OR MEMBER QUESTIONS TAKEN AT THIS MEETING.

    To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 23rd January 2024 (PAPER A)

  5. LIST OF PAYMENTS

    To approve a list of payments made between 01/01/2024-31/01/2024.

  6. BANK RECONCILLIATION

    To approve the bank reconciliations for the period ending 31/01/2024 (PAPER C)


  7. RISK ASSESMENT

    To review and approve the updated risk register for the Council. (PAPER D)


  8. ST THOMAS’ CAPITAL SPEND

    To review and approve the proposed spend from the capital budget for St Thomas’ Church. (PAPER E)

  9. NATWEST BORROWING FACILITY

    To receive an update on the progress of the application to PWLB for the lending facility for the NatWest Building purchase.


  10. EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC AND PRESS

    In view of the confidential nature of the business to be discussed it is advisable in the public interest that the public and press be excluded for the following items, and they are requested to withdraw – in accordance with Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s1 (2).


  11. RECCOMENDATION FROM THE COMMUNITY PROJECTS TASK FORCE

    To receive and approve the recommendation from the Community Projects Task Force Committee held on 28th February 2024.
