To discuss the budget allocation for the Community Planning Committee for the 2025-2026 Financial Year.
To agree to the Community Planning Officer and the Committees Co-ordinator to make any decisions on Planning and Licence Applications and any urgent decisions on other matters over the Christmas and New Year period and until the next scheduled meeting of the committee, in consultation with the Chair and Vice Chair of the Committee. Any major applications received, or major urgent decisions required may need to be the subject of an Extra-Ordinary Meeting of the committee before the next scheduled meeting.
