All Members are summoned to attend a meeting of FULL COUNCIL held on TUESDAY, 29 JULY 2025, at 11 ST THOMAS’ SQUARE, RYDE commencing at 19:00 for

the purpose of transacting the business as set out within the agenda below.

Prior to the Council meeting commencing there will be a public forum of up to 15 minutes, if necessary, when there will be an opportunity for members of the public to ask questions of the Town Council regarding matters on the agenda.

    2. To approve the recommendations arising from the Finance and Community Resources Committee meeting held on the 23 July2025. (PAPER F2) to follow.

  8. ‌PLACE, NEIGHBOURHOOD AND PLANNING / COMMUNITY PLANNING COMMITTEE‌

    1. To note the approved minutes of the Community Planning Committee Meeting held on Tuesday, 03 June 2025.(PAPER G).

    2. ‌To elect members to the Community Planning Committee (two vacancies).

    To note the approved minutes of the Network Ryde Steering Group meeting held on 23 April 2025 (PAPER H).
