Public consultation meeting to discuss the Pennyfeathers Reserved Matters Planning Application on Thursday 4th February 2021 at 14:00.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and consider details contained in the further information accompanying the reserved matters application. A presentation has been prepared to highlight the
details which have been expanded on or were not required/included as part of the outline planning application which was approved 8th September 2015. In addition, the meeting will consider how this
application fits with other applications, some approved and some awaiting a decision in the immediate area with particular reference to the highway and community infrastructure requirements
of these proposals taken as a whole.
