Ryde had the honour of hosting a truly poignant day celebrating our incredible Armed Forces Community. Isle of Wight Armed Forces Day was an overwhelming success, with thousands of people joining us to pay tribute and show their support. 
It was heartwarming to witness a diverse mix of faces, both young and old, coming together to enjoy this special occasion. We are grateful for the unwavering support and enthusiasm shown by our community.
The day was filled with an array of spectacular activities and performances that left everyone in awe. Highlights included an impressive Parade, a breathtaking Royal Navy Parachute Display, thrilling Spitfire Aerobatic stunts, mind-blowing BMX display, and performances from the talented Vectis Corps of Drums, Company B, Jack Nicholson, and the Boogie Woogie Sisters.
We extend our deepest gratitude to all the participants, performers and volunteers, who dedicated their time and efforts to make this event a resounding success.
