On Saturday, July 22, the beach will come alive with the clash of athletes in the exhilarating Beach Rugby 5s tournament. Men’s and women’s elite teams will showcase their skills, speed, and agility from 10 am onwards.
But that’s not all! The NUKU Challenge set to push athletes to their limits in a gruelling test of strength and endurance. This weekend, they’ll conquer the sand in mixed teams of 8 (4 men and 4 women). The challenge kicks off at 10:30 am and continues until 5:30 pm, so make sure you don’t miss the incredible displays of athleticism.
If you’re up for an epic endurance race, don’t forget to join Rock 2 Rock, an exciting event still open for entry! Whether you’re a junior looking for an exciting challenge or a seasoned runner ready to compete in the 5k or 10k race, Appley Beach is where you need to be from 6pm. Expect a dazzling display of fireworks and tunes as you finish.
