No vehicles are allowed to drive up the High Street except for loading between 6am – 10am and to access off – street premises. ANY vehicles driving up the High Street before or after these times is committing a road traffic offence.
Driving through the precinct outside of these times puts pedestrians using the area at risk and with Christmas fast approaching the High Street is getting busy.

- Driving or parking up through pedestrian precinct is prohibited 7 days a week
- Only deliveries to businesses or access off – street premises are permitted between 6am and 10am (there should be no other traffic accessing the area during or after these times)
- Grace’s Bakery have historic legal rights for vehicular access to their parking at bakery at all times
