Monterey Road, Ryde, (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 1 2021 Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0001 hours from Friday 10 September 2021 until 2359 hours on Tuesday 14 September 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Monterey Road between its junctions with Wrexham Avenue and Oakwood Road. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during utility works.

Park Road, Ryde, (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 1 2021 Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0900 hours from Tuesday 14 September 2021 until 1700 hours on Thursday 16 September 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Park Road between its junctions with Daniel Street and Monkton Street. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during utility works.

Marlborough Road, Ryde, (Temporary One-Way Restriction) Order No 1 2021 Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0001 hours from Monday 13 September 2021 until 2359 hours on Thursday 30 September 2021, or when the works has been completed, a one way restriction will be introduced in a north to south direction along Marlborough Road between its junctions with Amherst Place and Great Preston Road. Northbound traffic will be diverted along Great Preston Road. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The restriction is required for safety during utility works.

Pellhurst Road, Ryde, (Temporary One-Way Restriction) Order No 1 2021 Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0001 hours from Wednesday 15 September 2021 until 2359 hours on Tuesday 21 September 2021, or when the works has been completed, a one way restriction will be introduced in a north to south direction along Pellhurst Road between its junctions with Queens Road and Argull Street. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The restriction is required for safety during utility works.

Argyll Street, Ryde, (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 1 2021 Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0001 hours from Friday 03 September 2021 until 2359 hours on Tuesday 07 September 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Argyll Street between its junctions with West Street and Argyll Place. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during utility works.

Various Streets, Ryde, (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 15 2021 Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that

  • Grenville Drive – from 0001 hours from Monday 06 September 2021 until 2359 hours on Wednesday 08 September 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Grenville Drive between its junctions with Upton Road and Monterey Road;
  • Wrexham Avenue – from 0001 hours from Wednesday 08 September until 2350 hours on Friday 10 September, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Wrexham Avenue for its entire length. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during utility works.

Trinity Street, Ryde,  (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 1 2021 Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0800 hours until 1800 hours, for one day, from Monday 06 September 2021 until Tuesday 07 September 2021, or when the works have been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Trinity Street between its junctions with Wood Street and Winton Street. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during carriageway repairs.

Lind Street, Ryde, (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 1 2021Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0930 hours until 1530 hours, or, 1930 hours until 2300 hours, for one day, from Tuesday 14 September 2021 until Thursday 16 September 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Lind Street between its junctions with St Thomas Street and Church Lane. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during carriageway repairs.

North Walk, Ryde, (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 4 2021  Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between 0700 hours from Saturday 11 September 2021 until 1800 hours on Sunday 12 September 2021, or when the event has finished, whichever is the sooner, no person shall cause any non-event related vehicle to proceed along North Walk, between its junctions with Esplanade and Canoe Lake Road. The closure is required for safety during the Classic Car Show. The diversion will be signposted locally.

Canoe Lake Road, Ryde, (Temporary Revocation of One-Way Restriction and Parking Restrictions) Order No 3 2021 Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between 0700 hours from Saturday 11 September 2021 until 1800 hours on Sunday 12 September 2021, or when the event has finished, whichever is the sooner

  • the one-way restriction will be revoked along Canoe Lake Road between Esplanade and North Walk;
  •  a ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ parking restriction will be introduced along Canoe Lake Road, on the south side, between Esplanade and North Walk. No person shall cause any non-event related vehicle to wait along Canoe Lake Road between its junctions with Esplanade and Canoe Lake Road. These restrictions are required for safety during the Classic Car Show.
